Purpose and goal
The project aims to strengthen Sweden´s innovation capacity by supporting Swedish startups (TRL 3-9) in creating innovation collaborations with established organizations in the private and public sectors. It also seeks to enhance Sweden´s innovation support system by fostering stronger connections between actors, enabling startup growth and commercialization.
Expected effects and result
The project is expected to result in 240 innovation collaborations that strengthen startups and Sweden´s innovation capacity. Startups will validate technologies, secure their first customers, and scale internationally. The impacts include increased competitiveness, sustainable solutions addressing societal challenges, and improved collaboration among actors in the innovation system.
Planned approach and implementation
The project is based on two main initiatives: Customer Validation Sprint (CVS) and Collaboration Mastery (CM). CVS is a tailored matching process that includes preparation, training, interaction with the potential customer and follow-up. CM offers customized support modules for startups that have an active dialogue with potential customers. Structured follow-up ensures relevance and impact.
