Purpose and goal

The purpose is to analyze different aspects such as technology, finances, laws, regulations and market potentials. The goal was to get a combined summary of that the project is viable and that there is a market waiting to do business. The fulfillments of the purpose and objectives of the ´Project Husbyggaren´ -indepth planning have been reached.

Results and expected effects

The results of the project are to gain knowledge of the structure and to demonstrate that various competencies efforts provide a combined effect. The expected effects were to get the different competencies combined into a developed plan that will make it possible to implement this in the future. The outcome was that the expected effect of this planning phase exceeds our expectations.

Approach and implementation

Design and implementation of this planning has been done by gathering information from the different areas of expertise and analytical, joined in basis which was technically and market-tested in parts as well as in experimental prototypes. The analysis is a better understanding of the complexity of the large amount of detailed information combined with knowledge. The analysis shows that the implementation of the project is possible.
