Purpose and goal
The project´s aim was to develop a paint with no microbiological growth on the coating film. The necessary ingredients were obtained and a methodology was developed to test the hypothesis. The hypothesis has potential but needs to be further developed before full scale tests can be done.
Expected results and effects
A hypothesis was tested that proved to have potential to reach the goal. A method for evaluating the hypothesis was also developed. The results are promising but more development work needs to be done.
Planned approach and implementation
The program followed the project plan and provided the information requested. The project looks promising but the concept needs to be further developed to approach commercial use.
