Important results from the project

HIGHLIGHT has largely achieved its technical objectives by developing a high-power diode laser, an advanced measurement module and an integrated system for rapid, non-destructive analysis of pharmaceutical tablets. The project has strengthened collaboration between Gasporox, Beamonics and nanoplus and established a foundation for commercialization. For Gasporox, the technology opens opportunities for a new business area in quality control of oral solid dosage forms.

Approach and implementation

The project was carried out jointly by Gasporox, Beamonics and nanoplus, with clear responsibilities for the measurement system, electronics and laser technology. Development followed an iterative process of prototyping, integration, testing and optimization. Regular meetings ensured effective coordination. Some technical challenges required adjustments and further development, but the project largely progressed as planned. Collaboration between the partners worked well.
