Purpose and goal

The project has focused on two central dimensions of the structural transformation that healthcare is facing, partly how the supply of skills can be secured and partly how the opportunities that technological development entails can be taken advantage of. The goal has been to contribute new knowledge and documentation for solutions for these two dimensions. The project has created platforms for dialogue and contributed to new knowledge and research-based policy recommendations through the research reports as well as the seminars, roundtable discussions, and meetings.

Expected results and effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** At the launch, the project´s research reports have been discussed with key decision-makers and experts. In addition, the research results and conclusions have attracted attention in the media, including the major newspapers. SVT Forum has returned several of the project´s seminars. In this way, the project has contributed to the research results reaching out and forming a basis for decision-makers.
