Purpose and goal
Pactumize participated as one of a total of 160 partners in Sweden Co-Lab with great exposure in the Swedish pavilion. In addition to the great media attention, there was an opportunity to connect with potential customers and partners. We succeeded in this. Furthermore, we got to contribute with our part in showing off the Swedish tech industry, which can have positive effects for the entire Swedish business community.
Expected results and effects
Expected effect of participation is to bring in more pilots that can lead to more paying customers. We got great benefit from showing off Axel Springer as an extremely successful German customer case. Many Swedish tech startups dream of the German market. We are already there and can thus inspire and advise other Swedish companies about a successful path to German customers. One advantage not to be underestimated is to speak German with Germans. It opens completely different doors.
Planned approach and implementation
The preparations consisted of designing presentation material and demos of our platform. In addition, meetings were booked in advance. In place, we also managed to book spontaneous meetings for demos and discussions. Now, follow-up takes place in the form of processing of these new contacts with mainly Swedish and German companies.
