Important results from the project
The project´s aim was to provide recommendations on how IP assets should be managed in the company. In order to make recommendations, an inventory and analysis of the company´s assets were made. In addition, a strategic analysis has been made of similar assets in the form of patents, companies or publications.
Expected long term effects
The work has resulted in a report with clear recommendations on future steps to ensure a higher degree of company IP value and control. This report will be used as a basis for future company measures related to strategic IP decisions.
Approach and implementation
The work has been carried out by Bergenstråhle & Partners Stockholm together with input from Greenlytics. A total of four meetings have been held together with Bergenstråhle & Partners Stockholm. These meetings have been essential to ensure the relevance of the project to Greenlytics. In addition to meetings, Bergenstråhle & Partners Stockholm have done research and analysis documented in the final report.
