Important results from the project
The purpose of the project is to test and validate our beta platform in the Stockholm market to iterate and improve the product before expansion into Europe. The project aims to validate, verify and develop our business model and the technical solution on which the business is based (the platform). The aim is to use the data and validation to sharpen the platform to offer a strengthened service in Europe and then further develop an APP.
Expected long term effects
Expected effects of the project are an improved business model and a scalable robust platform on which the business is based. We will during the project take advantage of all user data to further develop the product which will then become an APP. The result will be a platform and business that is ready for expansion into Europe.
Approach and implementation
We want to test our hypotheses about the market and customer value by seeing how our service is received, and thereby be able to better estimate what resources and activities are required to sharpen the offer and succeed in other markets. We want to identify any weaknesses in the model and how we need to develop the service to meet customer needs. The data will also be used at a later stage to develop an app, which will complement the current web application and thereby further developing our technical solution.
