Purpose and goal

A model for the entire chain ´farm to fork´:in locally organic produced food. Cluster networks of companies and NGOs operating in this value chain and establishing several Garden cafes with their wholesale operations to restaurants and individuals. An incubator that generates new jobs/internshipsprogramme. Together with Sports/NGOs creating dissemination to good eating habits/ health, at the same time including people 1 social franchise model 1 development plan 1-2 networks Networks: Product/recipe development Production/farming/breeding Purchasing/Distribution/Sale

Expected results and effects

PROJECT IMPACT- LONG TERM: Within the next 3-5 years: establish additional 3-5 Garden Cafe units with 12-16 new employees/unit Have completed such a large number of apprenticeships which then be funneled on to new employers that we most likely will support 50 people to a new career. Through the dissemination activities we carry out with the Sports Confederation and education movements, NGOs will impact the target of 500 persons to new eating habits definitely have been achieved.

Planned approach and implementation
