Purpose and goal

This planning project aims to lay the foundation for a successful full-scale proposal under the Horizon Europe call HORIZON-CL5-2026-02-D4-02, which focuses on developing smarter buildings as integral components of the energy system. Our objective is twofold: (1) to refine and articulate a coherent, innovative, and impactful project concept, and (2) to strategically assemble a diverse and competent consortium. We aim to develop an applicable and innovative application.

Expected effects and result

Partnerships initiated between more than 20 organizations as well cooperation between at least 9 European countries for future international innovation projects. Delivery of a 45-page technical description of the design and development of advanced technologies that optimize smartness of buildings. Detailed financial and process plan templates for similar international projects.

Planned approach and implementation

-Horizon Europe Proposal Writing and Submission -Build a partnerships with a wide range of international partners; -Allocation and definition of work packages (WPs) and Gantt chart with detailed task descriptions, milestones and deliverables within the scope of each partner´s expertise and work area; -Design a full template for each pilot and replica. -Budget design; -Technical proposal writing - Develop diagrams and illustrations to showcase our technologies beyond the state of the art.
