Important results from the project
The aim of Phase 2 has been to achieve a better market adaptation of our products and a business model with scalable production potential focusing on added value. We have identified the technical and quality eligibility requirements that our strategic market segments require, and will be able to develop our prototypes into specialized products. We have also broadened our product range and found specialized product applications for our frequency conversion units.
Expected long term effects
Our products have been successfully adapted to the market, where we can now more easily offer exactly what the customer needs. We also have experience in producing the most common frequency ranges and can therefore make it more efficient and at a lower cost. Our business model has been developed and will continue to evolve with our product development. We now offer more frequency ranges and can also supply peripherals such as temperature controllers. We have also developed our internal processes, sales and project management within the framework of the project.
Approach and implementation
The project has suited our natural development of products, business models and internal processes. We are very pleased with the arrangement and the results.
