Important results from the project

The goal of the project was to strengthen our dual-use strategy by combining business development with technological positioning. The project has contributed to valuable contacts and strategic discussions on company valuation and business development. The collaboration with Innovatum has also enabled participation in relevant trade fairs and the establishment of new business contacts and collaborations.

Expected long term effects

We expect that the strategy and knowledge developed in collaboration with Innovatum will contribute to strengthening the relevance and competitiveness of our products. In the longer term, we also see potential for our work to contribute to strengthening Sweden´s defense capability through the development and application of relevant dual-use solutions.

Approach and implementation

The project has been implemented through recurring physical and digital meetings. Through iterative discussions on company development, strategy, board composition and company valuation, we have gained valuable insights that have strengthened our understanding of the company´s continued development and contacts with potential investors.
