Important results from the project
The purpose of the project preparation from FKG is to get suppliers to participate in the FFI, which in turn can lead to new products or services. This in turn leads to successful businesses and create jobs. The outcome for the year as a whole is in line with targets.
Expected long term effects
Of the 103 recommended FFI project in 2013, in 27 (about 26%) cases a supply company is applicants. Providers participating in 69 (about 67%) of the recommended projects. In total contractors are applicants in 191 occasions. Some companies are involved in several projects. How many different companies that are among the 191 we don´t know when the report is printed, but estimate it to be about 90. Of these, about 90 we estimate that at least 50% are SME companies. Of state funds for 2013 about 14% was assigned to suppliers. .
Approach and implementation
We have carried out the work using methods from previous years with the following additions. -Larger share of resources used for the SME companies. We´ve added an activity ´Roadshow´ where we go out to different places and meet with companies from the resort and its surroundings and provides information on FFI. -Sought supplier companies to participate in joint working groups for project generation.
