Important results from the project
The project has achieved important results, including successful collaborations between Swedish vehicle manufacturers and startups, resulting in many completed Proof-of-Concept projects. The goals set from the beginning have largely been met, with improved internal processes for engaging with startups and increased competitiveness for both OEMs and startups. The project has created significant networks and synergies, fostering a culture of open innovation within the industry.

Approach and implementation
Industry partners formulate a need or theme for innovation where partnerships are required. With the support of ecosystem partners´ networks in scouting and matchmaking, the most suitable SMEs for the partnership are identified. The next step is to initiate a collaboration project between the industry partner and the smaller company. The goal is to validate that the company´s offering meets the industry partner´s needs and to develop a structure for a long-term partnership.
