Purpose and goal
To strengthen Sweden´s innovation capacity by providing Kronoberg´s innovative startups with a strong platform utilizing proven methods and the "Fail Fast" concept. The goal is to create sustainable and scalable business models by combining business development, mentorship, and access to financing, with a particular focus on promoting sustainability and climate transition
Expected effects and result
Through the project, we expect to promote long-term growth for startups with the potential to contribute to Sweden´s sustainable development. We anticipate that the incubator will generate both economic and social impacts, including the creation of new jobs, innovations in sustainable technologies, and strengthened collaboration between businesses and public actors.
Planned approach and implementation
The project will be based on three processes – Inflow, Incubation, and Exit. Inflow focuses on attracting startups and small businesses that are ready to scale their operations. Incubation is centered on intensive business development, building the idea, the company, and the team, as well as connecting businesses with investments. Finally, in the Exit phase, the focus is on internationalization and scaling up.
