Purpose and goal
SmiLe will further accelerate the development of new knowledge-intensive life science companies in close collaboration with health care. This will be done in a well-structured incubation process that offers extensive business development support in the form of experienced business coaches, a network of financiers and industry, a community with alumni companies and a unique research and lab environment.
Expected effects and result
By particpating in our incubation process and partaking in our programs, methods and networks, and through peer2peer learning, the incubator companies are expected to develop faster, attract more capital, create jobs and growth. The soutions that are developed are contributing to a better healthier world.
Planned approach and implementation
The SmiLe incubatorprocess with sub-processes is undergoing continuous development. A number of activities have started to optimize SmiLe´s incubation process; strengthening the lab environment, a broader international investor and partner network, and a development project for implementation of the UN´s global sustainability goals in the incubation process. During the project, SmiLe will implement these activities for developed efficiency in our operations.
