Important results from the project

We have successfully focused on refining one of Sweden´s successful life science incubator programs with clear processes and tailored education. Through stronger collaborations with industry and academia and active scouting, we have attracted more deeptech startups but also industrial partners. Upgraded labs have opened up new areas such as foodtech. The result is a powerful environment, recognized by the Financial Times Awrad, where companies develop faster and achieve greater success.

Expected long term effects

The investment leads to more strong companies that develop solutions that improve people´s health faster. Through professional processes, advanced lab infrastructure and broader collaborations, companies´ ability to attract capital, grow internationally and reach the market is strengthened. This contributes to better health, increased competitiveness and more qualified jobs. As a partner in international projects and supplier to the EIC, we also contribute to spreading this knowledge in Europe.

Approach and implementation

The project was implemented through systematic development work where we mapped needs, standardized work processes and introduced structured programmes for onboarding, coaching and training. The team was strengthened with specialist expertise and the work was organized into cross-functional groups. We established regular collaboration routines with industry and academia and carried out upgrades to lab environments. The schedule has been followed and the objectives have been achieved.
