Purpose and goal
The purpose of the project was to a) combine a literature review with b) analyses of other scale-up programs, and c) participant observation of Scale Global. This has been done.

Planned approach and implementation
The project consisted of four work packages: a) a broad literature review of literature addressing the issue of scaling organizations, b) a broad mapping of all Nordic Scaling Programs, c) more in-depth analyses of four of these Nordic Scaling Programs (LEAP, Nordic Scalers, Scaleup Academy, and TINC), and d) a summary of insights gleaned from organizing the Scale Global program. The results of each work package are summarized independently. The report also concludes with general implications for scaling programs.
