Purpose and goal
The EUSTADES project aims to create a computer system for structural design of wooden stairs which complies with a new EU standard.
Expected results and effects
A new software tool, offered to the market within the EU. This is expected to be of great importance for all parties involved. Positive result effects in terms of quality as well as sales increase.
Planned approach and implementation
R & D - General principles for implementation of a theorethical analisys model. Implementation of the graphical user interface, the geometry description and presentation of results. R & D - Validation of the results against reference materials and new full-scale tests.
