Purpose and goal

The project aims to enable more idea carriers in the town to gain access to funding, resources and support such as the public sector, foundations and businesses have to offer, to be able to implement their ideas and contribute to the long-term development of their local communities and society. We will establish two financially sustainable and local collaboration environments and create a national cluster organization that works for a systemic change in the traditional innovation ecosystem.

Expected effects and result

- Local actors active in marginalized areas increase their ability to cooperate towards a common vision and support local idea bearers. - National and other non-local actors operating in or for the locality gain increased access to a local anchoring in marginalized areas around the country and the idea carriers there - The innovation ecosystem gains an increased knowledge of innovative financing models that lead to inclusive innovations to a greater extent.

Planned approach and implementation

Develop value proposition packaging and pricing for potential financiers and partners. Pitch and apply for resources to ensure long-term funding and operation of the Cluster organization. Support representatives from at least 2 areas to organize local collaborative environments with workshops, rolling support and joint online meetings. Develop processes for local needs analysis that can be linked to a national compilation.
