Important results from the project

The project aims to contribute to innovative solutions in machine learning for increased gender equality (SDG 5) and reduced inequality (SDG 10), through strategic collaborations and partnerships between an authority (Migrationsverket), the academy (Department of Law at the University of Gothenburg) and innovation-driven entrepreneurship in AI (Smartr). Objectives and purposes are expected to be met at the end of the project, which is yet to be reached.

Expected long term effects

The project has so far not generated any results, as it is still in the start-up phase. We expect positive results from the current process.

Approach and implementation

The approach of producing data from the Swedish Migration Agency to produce a first algorithm analysis is the correct approach. The implementation of the project has been delayed due to the difficulty of producing data during the current pandemic.

The project description has been provided by the project members themselves and the text has not been looked at by our editors.
