Expected results and effects

The overall effect the project aspired for was to create a growth company with a scalable business model and an exportable product. The company that has been formed has come a long way towards this with estalished partnerships that provide scalability in an efficient valuechain with access to international sales and distribution. The company is based in Luleå, where it employs a CEO and other staff. Having emitted shares and taken capital, the compay has the financial resources needed to hire staff and consultants to drive its continued growth.

Planned approach and implementation

The basic approach from the start of the project has been to use the first application serve as validation for the technology as well as the commercial capabilities of the company. The underlying idea being that paying customers would be the strongest possible validation. This plan has been sharpened in dialogie with VINNOVA during the project. Focus has been on verification with end users, which has been very successful. Meeting many potential partners with various roles in the value chain has been very useful in verifying the business model.
