Important results from the project
The project resulted in a changed focus for our business strategy, with a new balance between development costs and target group.
Expected long term effects
In the long term, we expect a developed service that creates greater engagement with the target group, and where the focus of the service can be on organizational issues, rather than on computational technology.
Approach and implementation
The project included preparatory interviews with the target group, development of requirements specifications for a prototype, and creation of a prototype and testing it with the target group. Due to time constraints, we did not have time to order a prototype, and were unable to conduct tests. However, the preparatory interviews with the target group were very illuminating and gave us important insights to work on further.
