To evolve the prototype and transform our initial business plan into a robust strategy for international commercialization and to prepare for a Phase 2 demonstration.
Expected long term effects
Smart Beef integrates digital devices like weighing systems, RFID, smart scales for cattle monitoring, enabling real-time information on individual animals. SME Instrument money will be used to create a self- learning system. Using deep learning algorithms to create an AI module, supporting key functions of Smart Beef, will allow for full real-time transparency along supply chains and flexible production planning and control.
Approach and implementation
Hencol AB has conducted business development activities and market analyzes with some additional expert support. The result has helped the company to more accurately identify key criterias and key markets for future international product and SAAS launch.
