Important results from the project

The program has fulfilled the set objective very well. We have built -a strong ecosystem of people and organizations around the digitalization of the transport system -a valuable platform for collaboration and knowledge exchange between actors throughout the value chai,n not least between authorities and the business community. -We turn good ideas into reality and has lowered the threshold for first-time innovators. -We have made Sweden an interesting market for international actors.

Expected long term effects

Mutual understanding of the needs and driving forces of different actors facilitates the implementation and commercialization of new technology. Ökad FoI-samverkan and innovative capacity. Better understanding of society´s needs and accelerated needs-driven change work. Regulations have been developed at the Swedish and European level. Commercial effects have been realized and partners expect increased turnover, reduced costs and strengthened international competitiveness.

Approach and implementation

We have focused on collaboration, knowledge exchange, project activities (emphasis on individual project) in a systematic work that simultaneously handles technology development, business models and regulations. The interaction between the parties, their common and mutual needs, has guided the prioritization of efforts. Our partners come from large, small and medium-sized companies, authorities, municipalities, academia and research institutes
