Expected long term effects
By generating new collaborative projects and strengthening these projects´ focus on business model development, Drive Sweden Business Model Labs´s efforts are expected to accelerate commercialization of new technological solutions that in turn promote sustainable transitions in transport and mobility. Through the dissemination of knowledge BML´s efforts are also expected to lead to greater awareness and knowledge of the role of the business model in sustainable technological transitions.
Approach and implementation
Key thematic areas were developed and startup/scaleup companies in need of internationalization support were identified. Internationalization support was carried out with one candidate at a time for approximately 3 months per effort for three candidates. A webinar and workshop series within four themes was carried out with follow-up support to generate new collaborations and project to explore business model-related issues within the selected thematic areas.
