Call Planning grant for international proposal 2025

Important results from the project

The objective was to produce a proposal for the following call: HORIZON-CL6-2025-03-GOVERNANCE-11: Enhancing sustainability and resilience of agriculture, forestry and rural development through digital twins. The work together with the consortium has led to such a proposal being submitted. A total of 13 partners from Serbia, the Netherlands, Greece and Sweden are included. Relationships with previously known partners and also new acquaintances in Europe have been strengthened and established.

Expected long term effects

A succesfull application will result in a longer project where development and implementation of digital twins in rural areas will be realized. Effects in the form of more data-driven decision-making, resilience, attractiveness, sustainability, resource utilization, civil society development, security and transparency, etc. will be central. The project will aslo strive for further dissemination and implementations. If unsuccessful, the process has still led to strengthened ties between partners.

Approach and implementation

Lead partner has set the agenda and planned the work at the European level. Representatives from RISE have participated and contributed to this work. At the national level, coordinating meetings have been held to concretize the case that Sweden will contribute with and the previously developed expertise that can be added to the project. Dialogues have also been held with other potential partners. With Delsbo Byaråd recurring meetings on a weekly basis has been held to develop ideas.
