Purpose and goal
The goal of this project was to prepare commercialization a novel wafer technology from Lund University. This technology is unique and enables production of completely dislocation-free GaN wafers for use in power and radio frequency electronics.
Expected results and effects
At the end of the project, a strategy for commercialization has been successfully developed. In parallel, the underlying technology has been aligned to be compatible with our planned product offering.
Planned approach and implementation
In general, the project was completed according to the initial project plan. During the project, some deliverables were however modified to reflect the results obtained during the business development activities.
