Important results from the project
The project aims at developing, validating and implementing a generic digital simulation model to improve patient flow in health care, in a first step within the emergency care chain. For example, by changing work methods for triage (organization and clinical algorithms) or introducing new technology. The aim of the project is to reduce lead times and increase patient safety and employee satisfaction within the emergency care chain.
Expected long term effects
We have found what we were looking for as partners in China and had an individual meeting during the Vinnova trip with local two partners and agreed that we should apply together with our project Digitalization in Health Care.
Approach and implementation
The NDA between Predicare AB and BHI was signed on the 6th of November. We are working on partnership strategy agreement right now. Next step, Predicare AB Chalmers University will sign an agreement with two corresponding Chinese partners for cooperation and then applying for projects to Vinnova-MOST.
