Purpose and goal
The aim of the pre-project (DigPI) is to 1) specify the vision and goals for a future digital process industry, and 2) submit a full research application. Both aims (1 and 2) have been accomplished.
Expected results and effects
The realt of the project is a full research application as well as a separate report including learnings about the needs related to digitalisation in the process industry.
Planned approach and implementation
The project had many partners and many deliverables wherefore it was necessary to split the work in 4 work packages. The project also included synchronisation meetings between the work packages.
