Purpose and goal

The goal was to create a foundation for mobile platform for behavioral change in health / lifestyle, where individuals create their own health development, and where the individual can meet the experts and coaches through open innovation. We have developed a beta version of this digital platform. The beta test will be conducted from the beginning of November until launch in February. Beta tests will be carried out I Landskrona-, Båstad-, Perstorp Municipality. There are another six municipalities in Skåne who are interested in participating.

Results and expected effects

We have met the objectives and expected effects we set: 1) We have developed the basic user interfaces for individuals. 2) We have developed the basic user interface for coaches. 3) We have developed the basic function for matching individuals and experts / coaches.

Approach and implementation

We have an external project manager Klas Hallqvist, who has extensive experience in agile development and project management. We have taken in Ustwo AB as an external part for user design / UX (www.ustwo.com). We have taken in Jon Andersson as an external part for programming. Johan Axelsson has been responsible for the content of the health profile and the cooperation with coaches / experts. The project has worked very well. Klas Hallqvist will continue to be the project manager for technical development. We also expect that Jon Andersson will be recruited into the company.
