Important results from the project
The goals were met well because it was a small, well-defined development project within a larger work area.
Expected long term effects
The project is expected to greatly facilitate future editions of the Swedish Pipeline Report. The next edition is planned for around 2028.
Approach and implementation
The project was carried out by project manager and a resource recruited for the project. This new person was hired (part-time) exclusively for the execution of the project, which made management and progress very efficient. Progress was monitored through regular reports and discussion meetings between project manager and the implementers.
