Purpose and goal
The project has resulted in three articles being published by Susamma Heyman, the PhD student in the project. She now continues her work towards a phD degree, and publishes on interactive financial advice giving. The project has also resulted in ongoing collaborative dialogue with the financial services industry.
Results and expected effects
The results is expected to be increased understanding of interactive advice giving, and the effects are expected to be commercial applications.
Approach and implementation
The project uses a mix of experiments and simulations for the development of increased knowledge and understanding of interactive online financial advice giving.
