Purpose and goal
The purpose of this project has been to evaluate different strategies for establishing EasyAngle in USA. This has been done in collaboration with consultants that has been hired as a part of this project. The consultants has helped us evaluate the two strategies that we find most promising and also helped us to start implementing them. Thanks to this grant we have been able to create the necessary infrastructure for establishing EasyAngle in USA.
Expected results and effects
The expected outcome of this grant was that we would get a better understanding of how to establish EasyAngle in USA. This has been achieved, we have learnt more about how the US market works both from the consultants but also from practical tests, e.g. by trying different digital marketing campaigns. We have created a platform for continued testing and establishment of EasyAngle in USA.
Planned approach and implementation
The project has executed according to plan where the consultants has had a advisory role and the team at Meloq has done the "ground work". We started by trying to understand how the US market works and which channels there are. After that we started to learn by testing. We implemented different strategies to see which ones works best. We are still in the process of trial and error but thanks to our consultants we have gotten far in a short time.
