Development for Produktionslyftet100

Purpose and goal

In order to reach out to significantly more companies, Produktionslyftet works to expand to Produktionslyftet 100 ("PL100"). It refers to the goal of 100 companies per year in longer coaching programs, which will require a considerable step in the development of processes and methodology. The purpose of this project is to strengthen and further develop the coaching methodology, strengthen the structure and communication to reach companies throughout the country and to strengthen the overall organization. The goal is to create growth towards PL100 with quality assured delivery.

Expected effects and result

Expected effects PL100 as a whole: - Strengthened SME-structure with power to develop and transform - Critical mass of participating SMEs all over the country - About 60 coaches - close to the companies, spread all over the country - Continued development and renewal of the program - Strengthened collaboration academy-institute-regional actors-consultants-companies - Increased exchange and learning between large and small companies The project contributes directly to continued devel. and renewal of the program, strengthened collaboration and the quality assurance of coaches.

Planned approach and implementation

To achieve PL100, methodology and processes need to be developed. The structure for quality assurance to reach companies as well as overall quality assurance and management need to be strengthened. Three sub-projects are included: (i) Enhanced coaching methodology: quality and renewal based on industry needs (ii) Further developed structure and communication to reach companies: regional organization with national support and common thread between efforts (iii) Strengthened overall organization and structure for drive, quality-assured deliveries and long-term relevance
