Important results from the project

The project produced very good results and the objectives were met. The project resulted in a physical demo platform and basis for distribution, which was shown during the WARA-PS Demo Week for Public Safety, which generated new collaborations and potential customers. In addition to that, there have been ongoing international dialogues that have resulted in a number of possible collaborations.

Expected long term effects

The project is expected to have a positive impact on the company´s ability to attract paid client projects. Furthermore, the project has positioned the company as a unique actor on the market that can offer an innovative and sustainable solution to an increasingly clear problem in the drone industry. This significantly strengthens the company´s competitiveness and creates good conditions for future collaborations.

Approach and implementation

During the course of the project, a technical group worked to raise the TRL level of the company´s product. This meant, among other things, designing and manufacturing a demo platform, which can simplify use on existing drones. In parallel, a marketing team focused on analyzing the market by interviewing drone manufacturers. The insights from these led to being able to create an improved business strategy as well as a basis for adapting their product to the market.
