Purpose and goal
The purpose of this planning phase was to identify and plan for an innovation challenge that would engage widely, include a genuine competitive element, build a wall of inspiration and develop some really great ideas / concepts.
Results and expected effects
Two great workshops and a well-defined plan for the next phase. Including detailed sketches in Photoshop for quick implementation of customized Cotunity web and mobile platform.
Approach and implementation
Analysis before, between and after the two workshops. Desk research (eg fact finding from EU reports) where shared and added to the ´reasons why´-documentation along with the result from some interviews of representatives from sportive parents and managers from Swedens sports associations.
