Purpose and goal

The project has developed, simplified and improved the SMS web application Cloudcom SMS in order to facilitate volunteer organizations to coordinate activities and events aimed at dignified migration and facilitating integration. The application has become easier and safer to administer. It has also become much more useful, it it easier to begin to use and it has become more simple to motivate and coordinate volunteer workers at a more reasonable cost than what it was before.

Expected results and effects

The improved product has met the volunteer users´ expectations and needs according to the requirements and requests collected. The impact of the improvements has not yet been possible to full-scale test in real time, among other things because of the prevailing border controls.

Planned approach and implementation

The work was conducted in two parallel tracks. Track one was an agile development process based on Scrum performed in three sprints with subsequent testing and product analysis. Track two consisted of interviews and workshops with newly arrived youths to analyze and evaluate the need for communication during migration and when you are newly arrived.
