Important results from the project
Mapping our current IP situation and finding tools how to work in the future to optimize the same in our work moving forward. Making us aware of the importance of having the IP strategy as a central part of all our continued work. We now have an IP strategy that describes how we continuously handle issues that concern IP.
Expected long term effects
With our IP strategy, we have a clarity in regularly integrating consequences for our IP in our continued development work. The expected effects are that we ensure that the company´s operations, and what we develop here, can be protected in such a way that our commercial opportunities are optimized.
Approach and implementation
The work was carried out together with the IP consultant AWA patent, which we found in an evaluation of several consultants. Together with the AWA patent, a workshop was carried out with the aim of establishing the current situation and initiating the work on developing our future IP strategy. In a follow-up meeting with AWA patent, our continued IP strategy was established.
