Important results from the project
The aim was to strengthen the collaboration between Produktionslyftet and Produktion2030 and to strengthen Produktionslyftet´s work, with the overall goal that SMEs should be able to acquire new knowledge and new technology more quickly in order to be better prepared for future challenges. The project has contributed to securing coaching capacity and competence development as well as enhanced development of the coaching methodology and strenghtened the strategic work of Produktionslyftet. The cooperation between Produktionslyftet and Produktion2030 has been strengthened.
Expected long term effects
The synergies between Produktionslyftet and Produktion2030 have been developed. Produktionslyftets´s methodology development as well as quality assurance and competence development have been strengthened in order to be able to contribute in the long run to the sustainable competitiveness of SMEs. New knowledge has also been added from Produktion2030´s project results. The expected long-term effect is that through the strengthened collaboration, with systematics and structure for dissemination and methodology, SMEs can be better equipped to face challenges.
Approach and implementation
The project has been managed and organized within Produktionslyftet. The coordination with Produktion2030 has taken place through regular meetings with the program management. The project has included five parts: 1. Synergies with Produktion2030; 2. Produktionslyftet´s methodology development; 3. Quality assurance, competence enhancement and support; 4. Collecting the experiences from Produktionslyftet in a book, "Utveckling av egen kraft" (Development of own power to change); 5. Overall management with a focus on strategic development of the program.
