Reference number
Coordinator RISE Research Institutes of Sweden AB - RISE
Funding from Vinnova SEK 6 000 000
Project duration December 2022 - December 2025
Status Ongoing

Important results from the project

The project was carried out as planned and largely achieved its goals. Produktionslyftet’s methodology was strengthened through clearer modularisation and modernised support materials. A systematic approach to securing coach capacity and quality was established. Programme-level quality assurance improved, new collaboration interfaces were created, and synergies with Produktion2030 emerged. Long-term industry funding added stability.

Expected long term effects

The results have strengthened the national structure for knowledge sharing, competence development and industrial transformation capability. Scalable approaches have been strengthened and enable more companies to strengthen their ability to improve, renew and transform. The established collaboration interfaces with research projects, the IUC network and large industrial companies create a long-term bridge within the innovation system and between technology and organisational development.

Approach and implementation

The project was carried out in three work packages: (i) Methodology development, (ii) Competence strengthening and coordination, and (iii) Overall quality assurance and management. The work was conducted as part of Produktionslyftet’s operations and followed the plan with only minor deviations. Activities were considered appropriate, and collaboration within the programme, with Produktion2030 and related initiatives, worked well.
