CoElates AB – Towards Commercialization: Development and Validation of an AI Platform for Executive Leadership Teams

Purpose and goal

The project aims to develop and validate CoElates’ platform, enabling organizations to govern and realize value from AI. We will finalize core modules, run a pilot with a selected customer, and refine the product through close user feedback. We will establish partner collaborations and ensure alignment with relevant regulations. The goal is verified customer value and a first reference client to enable commercial scaling.

Expected effects and result

The project will deliver a validated first release of CoElates’ platform and a pilot demonstrating real customer value. Anticipated impact includes faster, safer AI use in medium and large organisations, stronger decision support for leadership, and a foundation for commercialisation and international expansion. Insights from the pilot will inform ongoing development and partnerships.

Planned approach and implementation

The project will run in phases. First, we will complete core platform modules and conduct internal testing. Next, a pilot with a selected customer will collect structured feedback. In parallel, we will establish partner workflows and baseline compliance processes. Ongoing milestones and risk reviews will guide priorities. Pilot results will inform refinement and prepare for commercialization.
