Important results from the project
The project has achieved several initial objectives, including engaging industrial and academic stakeholders, developing an understanding of regulatory frameworks, establishing a vision aligned with national priorities, and formulating a project plan for the forthcoming cluster. Also, the project has generated further outcomes, such as strong engagement among industrial stakeholders, initial interest from academic institutions, and the initiation of dialogues with international initiatives.
Expected long term effects
Newly established academic connections are expected to lead to new applied research projects across Swedish universities and higher education institutions. Meanwhile, industry engagement is anticipated to result in new collaborations between companies, increased innovation capacity, shared infrastructure initiatives, and enhanced skills development. Approach and implementation
The project team organized activities that provided insights into the needs of potential cluster members. In addition, the project team met regularly to plan ahead and ensure alignment toward shared objectives. The team also maintained close dialogue with international initiatives in order to create favorable conditions for collaboration.
