Chalmers Ventures (CV) offers comprehensive support to startups through a combination of business support efforts and investment capital. Expected effects and result

By focusing on deeptech startups, which often have a longer path to market and where there is currently a lack of competent actors in the early phase, CV aims to bring more research from the lab to the market. The companies that are started have a strong growth potential, positively benefit society, create new jobs and contribute to greater competitiveness for Sweden. Through the project, CV also contributes to a prosper innovation and entrepreneurship climate in Gothenburg and Sweden.

Planned approach and implementation

Chalmers Ventures conducts an Venture Building activities where the incubator program is the main process for the development of the companies. Annually we accept between 7-15 new companies in the incubator. CV contributes to the company´s development through 1:on:1 coaching and advice, expert support, access to various networks, workshops, etc. In order to meet the company´s recurring challenges, various deliveries to the incubator companies have been packaged in Venture Platform.
