Purpose and goal
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The end goal of the entire project (1.5 years) is that CelluXtreme has application-oriented proof-of-concept projects together with three paying customers. In addition to demonstrating technical function and scalability, this should enable these customers to evaluate fabrics or components for their respective products. The team will be strengthened during the first project phase and new IP will also be developed. The milestone for the first stage is: Decision on construction of CelluXtreme´s pilot manufacturing process.
Expected effects and result
** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** Lightweight design contribute to more efficient use of materials and energy and therefore to several of the goals in Agenda 2030. Through a successful scale-up of CelluXtreme´s material concept, it is possible to provide industry and society with a high-performance lightweight material with a lower impact on the environment. In this way, CelluXtreme will contribute to the realization of the EU Green Deal, which means a powerful policy development that will have a strong impact on how we finance, manufacture, use and circulate materials in the future.
Planned approach and implementation

Stage 1 has the objective of delivering a basis for decisions on the construction of CelluXtreme´s pilot manufacturing process. Stage 2 has the objective of supporting and ensuring the work of building and starting up the pilot plant with regard to customer projects as well as ensuring FTO and IP. Stage 3 has the objective to validate the technical capability on a pilot scale together with the customers, develop a first design of CelluXtreme´s demo plant, including updated techno-economic analysis.
