Important results from the project
The overall purpose was to establish CCRM Nordic as a legal entity and to structure and launch the operations. CCRM Nordic AB (svb), a limited company with special limitations on dividends, has been established with a professional board of directors. Expert competence has been engaged in matters related to government support regulations and contract documentation. The organization and structure have developed according to plan. During the spring of 2024, a Scientific Advisory Board was recruited and established.
Expected long term effects
Partnership and co-financing issues are central to the project. Company formation, shareholder/project agreements, and organizational structure have been adapted in accordance with both Swedish and EU legislation. Ongoing dialogue with CCRM Canada, with the aim of achieving global collaboration and knowledge transfer. Resources have been invested in mapping the ATMP field and establishing collaboration with relevant actors within the ecosystem, including engagement with the National Coordination Function for ATMP issues and partners to New Modality Support at GoCo.
Approach and implementation
GU Ventures has been responsible for administration and financial reporting throughout the entire project period. Carl-Peter Mattsson, Investment Director at GU Ventures, assumed the role of project manager on August 1, 2023. The work has been carried out in project groups with regular evaluations throughout the project period. Expert competence has been engaged in matters related to government support regulations and contract documentation.
