Important results from the project

Capture Energy is very satisfied with its participation in the project and strongly recommends it to other companies in a similar position. Capture Energy were more mature in terms of organizational development and revenue than several of the other participants, yet the work on strategy and the investor-facing business model was equally important.

Expected long term effects

The long-term effects for our company include improved structural working methods toward investors to secure future growth. The focus is on digitalization and ARR-based services.

Approach and implementation

The project was carried out according to plan, with an intense six-week schedule including one week in Silicon Valley. Activity levels were very high during the first four weeks. These initial weeks could have been better prepared by assigning tasks in advance to ensure sufficient time and alignment with the organization’s ongoing operations.
