Important results from the project
The main objective of this project was to support CanaryBit´s participation in the REACH program. This objective was fully achieved. CanaryBit founders participated in the entire program, including the final two-week visit to Palo Alto. Additional achieved objectives:
- Strengthen and expand CanaryBit´s network in Silicon Valley;
- Explore opportunities for future expansion into the North American market;
- Improve CanaryBits strategy using feedback from mentors within the REACH program.
Expected long term effects
Participating in the program provided a tangible boost to CanaryBit´s work. The interaction with the REACH mentors allowed us to question and rethink our approach to developing CanaryBit.
Approach and implementation
The program was well-structured, especially considering the challenges of the time difference.
There was a well-balanced mix of vertical and horizontal mentoring sessions, with a manageable schedule. The participating teams collaborated well and provided each other with constructive feedback.
