Business Models for future autonomous food deliveries

Important results from the project

Together with Foodora and Coop we explored diffrent types of business models. Pilottesting was done together with Coop which produced valuable insights.

The results were different models that are realistic for the business that Foodora and Coop are conducting today and oportunities they will likly focus on in the future.

Approach and implementation

We have worked remotely with some physical meetings. All meetings with Foodora took place remotely, but with Coop, physical meetings, physical workshops and tests were done in their store. Everyone is very keen to find opportunities in autonomous deliveries.
