Purpose and goal

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** We are passionate about people with disabilities being included and accepted in society. The various partnerships have been valuable both in terms of revenue and marketing. We have gained many new followers in social media and an increased influx of guests to the café. Lars is often out and talking about the cafe together with some employees in different contexts and we see that it gives a lot.

Expected results and effects

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** The collaborations have been valuable for the café in many ways and generated revenue, but we still need more stable and long-term economic base. The concept that would contribute most to a long-term stable economic base for August No Stress Surf Café is currently the concept we have developed together with Malmö City to open a new café together.

Planned approach and implementation

** Denna text är maskinöversatt ** It is important to work on a broad front and constantly try to find new ways. By making the business visible in different contexts, the work is made easier. We generally experience a great interest in what we do and many people want to be involved, but it is not always easy to land concrete long-term concepts to test. In several cases, our two “educational site managers” have been identified as a critical success factor for the café, which is a new combination of skills that is difficult to find / create.
