Important results from the project
Purpose was to validate Itclarifies market and sales-strategy and lay ground for a future VC finance round in the US.
Expected long term effects
A priceless experience where new perspectives given that alters the direction of the company. The result was that we will revisit the problem/solution fit phase to secure that we solve their problems in a much more compelling way. Our understanding is that the effort is much greater to reach success.
Approach and implementation
One of the two founders participated in the whole program and the other in parts. The work was adapted along the way as new insights came to us often in discussions with mentors and peers. Emphasise was given to building contacts for further trips to Silicon Valley.
